Seal Island only collects and records personal information that is necessary to carry out our purpose, nothing more.
Online Contact forms
We collect information which you choose to submit to us voluntarily, through our online contact form on this site. It is completely up to you whether you wish to provide such information. The contact form on our website is designed to collect only the necessary information required in order to accurately quote for a given period at the cottage.
The actual submission data is stored in the database of the site on which it was submitted and is emailed directly to us. This email will include the submitter’s IP address, timestamp, name, email address, telephone number, number of adults, number of children, number of pets, arrival date, number of nights and additional messages.
The pre-arrival form we ask guests to voluntarily fill in prior to staying at Little Thatch is to enable us to communicate directly with guests as well as tailor the cottage to personal requirements.
